Our Story.

Click Mental Health was founded in 2024 by Kaitlin Carroll, a passionate mental health professional driven to ensure that anyone who needs mental health services are able to find high-quality, confidential, and accessible options. After years in the mental health field, Kaitlin turned her energy toward serving her local community through a local mental health clinic, New Tide Counselling & Consulting in Miramichi, New Brunswick in 2023. This heartfelt mission quickly evolved into a broader vision, serving 5 communities in New Brunswick with in-person therapy services and online services through her home province. Kaitlin then recognized a deeper, nationwide issue — both rural communities and large urban centres across Canada were struggling with a lack of accessible, qualified mental health care.

Click Mental Health was created to meet this need, expanding beyond borders with a commitment to ethical, professional, and accessible virtual therapy.
